Explanation of these: Enjoy all of these as stand alone treatments or if added before a massage they help to soften the skin and warm the muscles allowing the massage to be even more beneficial.
The Steam and Jacuzzi can be scented too either relax or invigorate and if taken as stand alone treatments the appropriate body lotion is supplied.
Shower available after Sauna and Steam.
The Sauna takes 1 - 3 persons, Steam and Jacuzzi take 1 person.

With all alternative treatments a full consultation should be carried out and your
Dr's approval may be required.
