Over the years several of the advanced courses I have done cover specific common muscle and tendon problems, parts of my training were done with an American doctor and advanced massage teachers.
These include neck, back, elbow, knee and ankle problems.

To be more specific the Assessment (which includes tests to check if a problem is present), treatments and aftercare exercises on the following:

• Shoulder blade (Subscapularis)tendon injury
• Tennis elbow
• Knee tendon (Patella) injuries
  
• Neck tendon & muscle injuries
  
• Outer or lateral ankle sprain
  
• Lower back pain, which includes Iliolumber ligament injury
  
• Frozen shoulder or Traumatic Arthritis of the shoulder
  
• Sacrotuberous Ligament Sprain (very lower back)
  
• Inner or medial knee ligament sprain
  
• Achilles tendon strain.
  

I have not used technical terms to look good but if you have been diagnosed with any of the above problems this is the terminology doctors sometimes use.
Or if you have problems with your neck, back, elbow, knees or ankles I can do tests on you before treating.
For the first session it is best to book a 1 hour treatment as a full test, treatment and after care will be given, after this a shorter time may be sufficient.
